Haiti was struck by a magnitude 7.0 earthquake on January 12, 2010, at 4:53 p.m. EST.
Yesterday, 12/12/2010 was a tragic day for the people of Haiti, and their families and friends around the world.
TXT2HLP is dedicating this Post to herald the relief efforts. The Red Cross and many other Organizations immediately took action; Nations the World over have pledged support and many have already sent relief or are well under way in doing so. This Post will be published quickly and will be broadcast to the Social Media channels to allow others easy access to information that may enable them to help in some way.
Rather than continuously update this Post as information changes, I will add Comments with updates as news comes in from the relief efforts.
